Telescopic Shaft Beam Serving for Internal Climbing Wall Formwork in Stairwell
Climbing shaft platform is the simple solution for supporting shaft internal formwork in stairwells and elevator shafts.
It consists of telescopic platform beams that are tailored to match the respective shaft dimensions.
The decking is supported by H20 timber beams which are fastened to the platform beams.
The internal platform complete reposition quickly and easily in a single crane lift.
The internal platform provides a spacious working area for formwork, reinforcement, cleaning etc.. And also, it serves as a safety protection against any falling to the downstairs. The telescopic shaft beams can be simply adapted to any set of dimensions within 1.45m to 3.9m. This makes assembly quick and easy, and speed formwork positioning and retraction without crane.

Two support possibilities
1). Shaft platform with climbing cone
In case it is not allowed to leave a hole in the wall, the support of the shaft platform can be provided on climbing cone. For the safety, the shaft platform is combined with a finishing platform on which workers can remove the lower climbing cones and do some cleaning.
2). Shaft platform with gravity pawl
When a hole is allowed to leave in the wall, this system is the economical option to choose. When lifting the shaft platform to next floor, the gravity pawl will drop automatically into the holes provided for them in the wall. For this option, the finishing platform is avoidable, which saves time, cost and seems to be simple.
